Spell Activation Overlay - Proc and Flash - Cheese

I was looking for an addon that doesn't need to be configured to make the spells proc appear on the screen.

I found 3 addons, but only 1 does what I described and that's Cheese: https://warperia.com/addon-wotlk/cheese/
The other two are Spell Activation Overlay and Proc and Flash, but it seems that there are no versions compatible with patch 3.3.5.

Do you have more information about it?
