1. Not a first time mom? As in, you have another child or you took care of other children as a mother ough to?
    Both.

Well, I'm going to sleep. I am about to repeat a 10 hour shift today.

  2. Why before marriage?
What does marriage has to do with anything?
From a legal standpoint, having the kid is worth more than being legally married. No one would judge in favor of a father ditching the mother and child because "well, they aren't married." What's left besides that? The approval of an imaginary friend?

society can be racist toward that occasionally, from my experience

  4. o.o new sub forum! when did this happen?!?!?!
This sub forum has always existed for as long as I've been around. It was temporarily disabled for a long while, but we re-enabled it quite a while back.

  5. Best thing about working in IT:

Note! Below is what I remember, she or I may not have worded exactly like that
    *phone rings*
    Me:
"Hello, this is <me> from <our company> how may I help you?"
    Woman:
"Hello, yes I would like adobe on my laptop"
    Me:
    "Okay, what exactly from adobe?"
    Woman:
    "CS6, everything"
    Me:
"Okay, do you need help installing?"
    Woman:
    "Yes, I need the installers"
    Me:
"Did it not offer a download link with the purchase or a dvd?"
    Woman:
    "I didn't buy it, that's why I called you"
    Me:
"Okay, I'm going to inform our marketing department and con.."
    Woman *intrerrupting me*:
"I don't want to buy it"
    Me:
"Well then I apologise but I can't see how I can help"
    Woman:
    "Get it for me"
    Me:
"We don't pay for our client's products, but we can give you offers on it"
    Woman:
"No I don't want to buy it do you not understand?"
    Me:
"Okay, then I am sorry to inform you that we do not deal with piracy and illegal software"
    Woman:
"Why? I thought we were paying you guys for computer assistance and you're not helping"
    Me:
"Ma'am what you're asking me to do is against the law"
    Woman:
"Why? I thought everyone gets free software from somewhere on the internet like filelist(in botched english, more like fayelist)?" (Romanian tracker website)
    Me:
"Yes, but torrenting from filelist is illegal and against our policy"
    Woman:
    "Why?"
    Me:
"Because it's illegal and we'd run into legal problems when we get our monthly inspection as we have no proof of purchase"
    Woman:
"Well just make one up or pay them to not look"
    Me:
"Why not just pay for the software?"
    Woman:
"Why would I pay for it. These stupid programs should be free for anyone"
Edit: No she didn't say that, it was something like "I already paid for my pc why pay for some stupid program" or something, you get the ideea
Me (aspiring to be a software developer, got a bit angry):
"I'm afraid software developers have to eat too ma'am"
    Woman:
"Whatever I'm reporting you to your bosses for refusing to help me. Good day" *closes before I say anything*

Jesus Christ. Old people are so thick-headed it's not even funny

  6. What a great morning song. Gets you ****ing pumped. I love 80s music and I love anything that sounds like it could have been made in the 80s.

  7. I am beyond ready. You see I've been a mother already for a long long long time now. :)
So you've already had children with other men before ? I'm really unable to say wether it is a good thing or not, so I'll leave that to you, hoping that you'll manage your situation. You seem ready enough.

I personally, would rather stick to under 30 having kids while I have the engergy and youth. I am a lot older now and the energy is wasn't like how it was before. (Personally)
Yes, exactly what I've always heard from my mother. Perhaps it's different for women, as the main part of the work will inevitably fall on their shoulders, no matter how engaged the fathers can be.

Obviously I initially misunderstood you, but still. Being in my mid-to-late twenties, I know that myself and most other women I know around my age are established enough to where they can have a child if they so choose.
I sadly couldn't say the same for many women I know around me, and we need to be two in order to make a child. My question to Sun concerned her as well as Ricks, though it's always the mother who does the main part of the work as I told her.
This is in the case you're as rigorous as I am when you say "established".

How do you know it was planned, and not an happy accident?
Maybe she was hoping that the baby was actually planned, otherwise it'd be... Well, it's not something I'd call a "happy" accident, personally. Not always, at least.
But let's not judge, as Sapphire said.

  8. Second nervous breakdown this month... I usually have one/month

I really dread having to see a psychiatrist.

    We all have that

You make it seem like I have this horrible and depressing life. My personal experience with all of this, or with my other girlfriends (that do have kids) doesn't run parallel at all you're saying. I understand people have opinions, but understand not everyone has had a misfortunate life. I don't need to be labeled. Respectfully, don't be so quick to judge, when you haven't walk in those pair of shoes before.

  11. Jumping from men to men, having kids left and right. I don't know, I don't want to say anything lest Mercy will ban my butt, but is this right? Am I just too conservative? Casual sex, I get it. Polygamy, I get it. But having kids with different men...

If you were truly conservative, I don't believe you'd be trying to judge her. Am I wrong?

I mean the withholding tradition part. Me, I wouldn't have children before marriage, and to get married in the first place I'd have to be really compatible with my future husband. Then again, I live in a society where divorce is not really prevalent. I don't know a singe person irl that divorced. Being a traditionalist has its place you know...

  14. When did this off topic and game central forum get so damm serious? lol . And is kemii hiding behind that new QA tag now? lol

You make it seem like I'm a slut or EVEN casual sex. I am conservative too and I don't believe in casual sex. I am probably more conservative than you. So what would happen if a couple got married, had a kid, and the father dies? Mother isn't allowed to get remarried and have another child?

    Edit:

What if a young female gets rape and like most conservatives, they don't believe in abortion. So if you meet someone like me, already assuming I like this sexual reckless life. In reality I am conservative. You know nothing about someones story.
