1. 2 factor authentication

Please remove this BS of authenticator.... I can't find option anywhere to turn it off

I always login from same PC, same network and same place and it always requires me to authenticate....

Either fix it or let us disable it...

    Ty

  2. Every time your IP changes (VPN/proxy/dynamic IP). the game will ask you to use 2FA again. Disabling 2FA is no longer an option, as it is now mandatory for all players to ensure account security and protect against brute-force or login information cracking attempts.
This requirement is for your own account’s safety.

This is a step to bring us in line with other services, reduce our overheads for account compromise support and overall increase account security which is our #1 priority right now with recent compromising waves.

Regardless of players dislike for the system, It is a step in the right direction. The alternative is 'Bot Network' bans continue due to large target on our back, slower support due to amount of attention given to compromised accounts and restoring as much as possible for the player, following the hot-potato like movement of stolen items, gold, coins, characters between hundreds of accounts and so on.

If your IP changes frequently without you restarting your router, it could indicate that you are using a proxy/VPN, or there may be an issue with your ISP.

  3. Every router restarts every 24h, so that means i gotta spam out inbox for authenticator... Even banks don't have that kind of protection level, and this is private server.

I can understand if it sees different location or unknown device ID you've never logged in before so it warns you, but I mean it's same PC for years, same house, same network, same address etc, even google and microsoft combined aren't that annoying and people have all MOST IMPORTANT things through google/gmail, from banks, business, to personal info and accounts for things that matter.

Even if i leave game open, my IP changes from 24h reset, game isn't exited, it will ask me to authenticate myself... I mean come on, this is not Pentagon or World bank :D

  4. Most IPs have a lease of a week or longer.
Routers don't reset every 24 hours. Doing a search just out of curiosity will get you results telling that you should restart it maybe once every month or two, but even keeping it running longer is fine.
If your IP is changing daily, that's your ISP's doing, and something that's very out of the norm.

  5. Every router restarts every 24h
No. Maybe yours does. Have that fixed.

  6. False, it's normal for everyone without static IP, their public IP address changes every 24h which is done by every network operator in existence everywhere. Local IP is something else, it can always stay the same and local IP doesn't matter.
Besides, even if it does, not even single service in the world does this, not google, not microsoft, not banks, not any apps or games, etc, and if they do, you can put Remember me and it won't ask you again unlike here which is not an option.

  7. it's normal for everyone without static IP, their public IP address changes every 24h
My IP changes daily too, but it only takes me a minute to register the new IP each day. It's really not a big deal or something worth stressing over. It's a small price to pay for keeping your account secure long-term. Personally, I'd rather spend a minute grabbing a code than risk losing my account.

  8. I understand that your ISP disconnects you every 24 hours to change your IP, but that is in no way normal. It has never happened to me and I have been in multiple ISPs. Maybe you have seen that your entire life and you think that all ISPs do it, but that is not correct. In fact it's crazy to think that all ISPs would disconnect their clients once a day at random or at a set time, because you would see people disconnect all the time in games, which does not happen.

Your IP should never change, unless you shut down your router for hours, which would make the lease expire. Because even though leases have a set expiry time, they shouldn't actually expire, since as long as your router remains online it should continuously tell the DHCP server to renew the expiry of the lease.
