Technical Character removed?

I am not aware this is the appropiate channel for this request. If so, please make me note.

So last time I logged in after a while, I realized one of my characters was been removed. I have not manually deleted it. It was a human mage, level 29 if I remember, named "Rubliev".

I would like to know the reason this happened, and, if possible, to retake the character...!

As far as I remember, I did not commited any fault with this character, and had played it for a whole year in small intervals without any kind of issue.

I am aware that the name of the character might have been understood as political propaganda . which I don't subscribe -, but, please, note that this character was created before the events that might cause its polemica. I took the name from a russian painter from the 14th century, and there are, to my knowledge, absolutely no political implications related to this character.
