Burning Crusade Character and account lost

Hello, i have a problem ! i played long time ago on warmane - blackrock, during TBC period, and i had 3 character on that realm name "blackrock", i can see them on your service page. Can you please transfer them to Onyxia ? since i can't play with them on new realm, also i have an account on onyxia with a mage level 70 and your double authenticate factor not allow me to connect on it anymore ... that's really painful, i just ding 70 last week ! how can i recover my account ? Thanks

1. Blackrock characters aren't transferred to any other realms.
2. If characters are listed on services, it means they are as is in the game. Make sure you're logging right account/realm.
