you can simply add them to ignore list by either writing /ignore Name or right clicking their name in chat box and select "Ignore", GMs won't take instant action , they will ask you to add the player in the ignore list, if the player keep making alternative characters to bypass the ignore (for exemple : creating death knight character to bypass the ignore) , you can either get GiveMePeace addon that blocks whispers or you can report him in a ticket.

of course I put it on ignore list, honestly I would permaban but I cant, I would beat the guy, but I cant, .. it is anonymity that allows this, wow is social media platform, GMs need to deal with it, it is insane on this server, ignore list is not solution, imagine the audience here, people playing here and their age and have to face this, how it influence you as a growing up person. it says its "mature international community" is it really?

No, GMs don't need to deal with it, the players can easily deal with it on their own. It's just online banter, the sort of thing people have ignored and moved on for decades. If someone is "influenced as a growing up person" by this their parents shouldn't be allowing them online in the first place. Maturity also encompasses brushing off pointless random insults such as that and going on with your day. Until they make a point to stalk you with multiple different characters to get around an /ignore, like Findrin said, it's nothing requiring Staff involvement.
