WotLK Latency on the game.

Some days ago, I got a new internet network, the speed is all right and in others games there is no problem at all. But when I'm playing WoW for some reason there are spikes of lag, and it's not the usual where everything lags and you get disconnected from the server, in this I freeze, my computer doesn't catch anything that is happening but it seems that my inputs and whatever I do is happening, like with my friends I'm raiding and they tell me to move the boss or do something, I do it imagining what is happening, even though from my perspective nothing else but me is moving, and after some 10 - 20 seconds, all that happened catches up fast in my view. Like rendering all the actions that happened the last 20 seconds in a single one. I don't understand if it's something to do with my router or anything, I need help as I'm completely unaware of what could make something like this happen... Help please.

Try without addons, if the problem goes away, one of them is causing it. Go through process of elimination to find the problem causing addon and download it from other source, or find a replacement for it.
